To be quite honest I have never been a wig person because I didn't understand anything about hair and I had never had anyone to explain it to me. But when I visited HBCYN I was amazed with the service I received. I felt free to ask anything and Lucy was just wonderful and patient explaining and answering all my questions even the silly ones! She let me try the wigs while explaining the different hair types etc and I was hooked 🙈😂. The hair quality is perfect, the way the wigs are made is very neat, fresh and clean and I love the compliments that I receive every time that I wear the hair from your brand. I'm very happy and always look forward to coming to your shop for hair and hair accessories.
The service and the hair is always 10/10 for me.
