At HBCYN, we strive to deliver your hair products as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.
Processing Time

In-Stock Items: Orders with in-stock products are processed and shipped within 1 week of purchase.

Pre-Order Items: Pre-order items take 2-3 weeks to be processed and shipped. You will receive a notification once your order is on its way.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Domestic Orders: Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days after shipment.

International Orders: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery times vary by destination but generally take 5-7 business days after shipment.
Shipping Costs

Free Domestic Shipping: If you're shipping within Zimbabwe and your order total is over $500, you won't pay anything for shipping.

Flat-Rate Domestic Shipping: For orders shipping within the country that are $500 or less, there will be a flat shipping fee of $15.

International Shipping: No matter the order total, if you're shipping to an international address, the shipping cost will always be $50.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.
Customs & Import Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. HBCYN is not liable for these additional charges.
Delays & Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, carrier delays, weather, or customs inspections may occasionally impact shipping times. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@hbcyn.com for assistance.
